These are the terms and conditions for sample shop purchases provided by:

Holmen Board and Paper is the premium paperboard company, manufactures world-leading paperboard for more exclusive use for packaging and graphic purposes. The production units are based at the mill in Iggesund, Sweden and Workington, UK. We are part of the Holmen Group, relying on our own sustainably managed forests to ensure a renewable material for centuries to come.

Facts and prices in the sample shop are provided with reservation for printing errors, stock keeping, and price increases carried through by suppliers, technical specifications that are unclear, and the possibility of a product selling out.

1. Order and Order confirmation
Making an order from Holmen’s sample shop will be deemed to be an offer and acceptance by the customer to purchase the products on these terms and conditions. Holmen’s acceptance of the order will take place when the products are despatched. Until the products are despatched, no binding contract will have been formed between Holmen and the customer.

When submitting an order, an acknowledgement named “Thank you for your order” is sent by e-mail. This acknowledgement constitutes information about the content of the order. The order might be split up in 4 different deliveries and delivered from different warehouses and the orders might arrive in different timings. In connection with the order being dispatched from Holmen storages, the customer receives a confirmation of order by e-mail named “Your order is on its way”. We recommend saving the order confirmation if there is a need to contact Customer service.

2. Payment options
The customer has the option of choosing currency: Euro, SEK or USD.

The customer can see the total number and cost of the items which are put in the shopping basket. Swedish VAT is charged to customers inside Sweden. Customers outside Sweden are supplied VAT-free. Shipping-cost, VAT-cost or/and discounts are shown in the check-out phase of the purchase.

At present, the sample shop accepts VISA and Mastercard. When paying with credit card, the payment is handled by NETS Easy. The card payments made with NETS Easy Checkout are protected with 3D Secure. This is to strengthen the protection of the payment and payment information. Using secure communication methods and tokenization, payment gateways communicate between the online store/website and the bank of the customer. Customer data is collected, validated, approved, and then the payment is accepted, debiting the account of the customer.

This is how it works:
- Choose the credit card type i.e. (Visa or Mastercard), state the card number and validation date.
- A control is carried out to make sure that the data is correct.

- The total amount of the transaction is charged after dispatch.

- When the order is completed, the amount is transferred from the account to the shop's account.

3. Shipping and delivery time
Our warehouses are doing their best to provide an effective delivery service. Most of the orders are send by shipping companies (Schenker, DHL, UPS or TNT) that provides a tracking number. A tracking link will be attached in the email sent after the parcel is dispatched. With that tracking link, it is possible to check the estimated delivery date and get updates on the progress.

4. Damaged or missing products
The customer shall examine the products upon delivery and contact the Holmen Customer service at webservice@iggesund.com within 14 days of delivery in case of damaged or missing products. If the customer does not comply herewith, the customer forfeits its right to make any claims. In case of damaged or missing products, Holmen accepts to reimburse the customer with an amount corresponding to the invoiced value of the products but shall in no case be liable to the customer for other compensation.

5. Returns
The customer is entitled to return undamaged and unused products to Holmen. Notifications about this must be done, at the latest, within 14 days from receipt of delivery. An email to webservice@iggesund.com shall be sent with the following information a) order number b) title of the product that is supposed to be returned. c) copy of the receipt d) the reason for returning the product. Return instructions and return address will be provided.

The customer pays the return postage. Returned items sent as "cash on delivery" will not be accepted.

6. Refunds
Any refunds are paid automatically to the account used for payment. If it was paid by credit card, the refund will be sent back to the same credit card account. Canceling a purchase means that the customer returns the item, and the payment will be done when Holmen has received the products. Please contact our Customer Service via webservice@iggesund.com

7. Security
Holmen uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which is a protocol for secure transmission of data over the Internet (or other networks). SSL, more commonly called TLS, is a protocol for encrypting Internet traffic and verifying server identity. Any website with an HTTPS web address uses SSL/TLS.

A protocol is a set of rules and procedures on how data are to be handled. The SSL protocol has been developed by the company Netscape Communications and is now an industry standard for secure transmissions.

SSL/TLS protocol processes the data in several different ways in the purpose of making it unreadable for malicious third parties. The processing is called encryption. When the data is received by the recipient SSL reprocesses (decrypts) it again to make it readable for the recipient and a control is made to ensure that the sender of the data is the valid one (Server authentication). It also checks that the data have not been changed during transmission (Message integrity).

SSL/TLS uses digital certificates to validate sender, recipient or both sender and recipient of the data transfer. A digital certificate is the "tool" that is used to tie the information about an individual or a company to a so called "public key". By encrypting any data that goes between a user and a web server, SSL ensures that anyone who intercepts the data can only see a scrambled mess of characters. The consumer's credit card number is now safe, only visible to the shopping website where they entered it.

8. Personal data
Holmen with details set forth above is the personal data controller for your data. When you place your order with us, you need to provide certain personal data. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement. You have the right to receive the information that we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In that case, contact us by e-mail.
