Invercote Touch layers

Solid Bleached Board

Invercote is a multi-layered product (solid bleached board, SBB), entirely based on fresh fibres. Specific fibre compositions are used for the various layers in the construction to optimise performance. The outer layers are dominated by hardwood fibres to promote smoothness and printability. The middle layers consist of softwood fibres for strength and flexibility.

Product description

Invercote Touch is designed for high-end packaging and graphical designs, where the tactile sensation of the raw material is desired. This unique product is made entirely without coatings to enhance the natural feeling without compromising the paperboard benefits.

Invercote Touch is a multi-layered baseboard optimised for uncoated printing with excellent converting properties. It is based on fresh fibres with minor adjustments of the colour to allow a high and stable whiteness without interfering with the colour range for printing.
