Mill Visit Information

Visit us

Our mill visits offer you a unique opportunity to get insights into the world of paperboard - the Holmen Way. When visiting our mills in Sweden or in the UK you get to follow the whole process, from seed to paperboard, and learn how sustainability permeates everything we do.

The length of the stay varies from one to three days, depending on your schedule. During the visit, you sleep, socialize and dine at our highly appreciated guesthouses, located close to our mills – Grill Manor and Hedvigsfors Manor in Sweden, or Close Farm in the UK.

All visits are tailored to fit your profile and preferences – but all visits include time spent in the forest, in Sweden you have the oppertunity to observe the seeds in the nursery, and a guided tour of the mill where the paperboard is finally manufactured. Be prepared to use both your mind and your hands – the education is both theoretical and practical.

Our overall goal with visits at our mills is for you to feel inspired. And that you will be able to use your new knowledge back home when choosing material for your packaging or other printed matter.

We look forward to welcoming you.
