STEP 1
Fill a flowerpot with soil.

Make a small hole in the soil with a tip of a pen, approximately 2 mm deep.
STEP 3
Put one seed in the hole. Do not cover the seed with soil.
STEP 4
Water the soil thoroughly.
STEP 5
Cover the pot with thin transparent plastic.
STEP 6
When the seed begins to grow, remove the plastic (takes about 7–10 days). Once the seed has begun to grow, water as needed. Must be moist but not wet.
STEP 7
After the seed pod has fallen off (at about 14 days), add plant fertilizer to the water and water the plant once a week.
STEP 8
Let the plant grow to a height of about 20 cm before planting it out in the garden. The best time to do this is in the spring.
