What characteristics are important in the paperboard for this perfume packaging?
“That the whiteness, finish, and folding are just right, and the printing is perfect. Also, of course, that it is long-lasting and doesn’t crack,” says Benjamin Arzoine, Head of Productions, Clarins Fragrance Group.
This beauty premium packaging was made of Invercote G paperboard by Wauters, the French company specialising in the manufacturing of high-added-value packaging since 1909.
“It was a challenge to get the printing right and achieve the structure we wanted. But after two tests, we were more than happy,” says Frederic Ansart, Sales Director at Wauters.
