Europe
All sales in Europe are coordinated from our sales office in Amsterdam. Our headquarters is located in Northern Sweden.
The Netherlands
All European sales of Holmen’s products are coordinated at our sales and service office in Amsterdam. There are 70 employees of 20 different nationalities working here.
In Amsterdam, you can find canals, bridges, beautiful houses, cafes, restaurants, museums and people who enjoy life. The combination of a historical 17th-century atmosphere and the mentality of a modern metropolis creates a pleasant environment.
The proximity to mainland Europe makes it an ideal location and hub for our European sales activities.
Sweden
In the middle of Sweden, along the Hälsingland coast, you will find a small, populated place called Iggesund.
Our site in Iggesund is a typical industrial one, emphasising state-of-the-art manufacturing and environmental excellence. The Iggesund Mill has two production facilities – the paperboard mill in Iggesund and the converting plant in Strömsbruk – in addition to its harbour and the headquarters for Holmen Iggesund.
Iggesund has a magnificent and varied nature. Enjoy land and sea, city and countryside, tradition and innovation, history and future. The archipelago must be experienced with its rich wildlife and fishing opportunities.
Asia Pacific
Holmen Board and Paper is present in the Asia Pacific with four sales offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo and South Korea.
We have been present in Asia for over 30 years, aiming to provide the best service and support to our demanding customers.
To further extend our product availability and comprehensive service, we have set up a service station in Taiwan to support our customers with shorter lead times.
Americas
Holmen offers distribution of Invercote from coast to coast in the US. The main sales office is located in New Jersey and is supported by regional sales representatives available across the country.
For more than 40 years, we have been on the ground in the US, serving demanding brand owners, converters and merchants with a range of Invercote grades, services, support and advice.
We stock our market-leading Invercote grade in four coast-to-coast Service Centers – from Pennsylvania and Wisconsin to Texas and California.

Our paperboard mills
Invercote®, Incada® and Inverform® are manufactured in two state-of-the-art paperboard mills: the Iggesund mill in Sweden and Workington mill in the United Kingdom. We add further value to our paperboard products at our converting plant in Strömsbruk, Sweden, applying various barriers, films and foils.

With roots dating back to 1685, the mill in Iggesund is one of the world's most advanced pulp and paperboard mills.
