What we offer
To facilitate doing business with us, we provide you with a single point of contact: the sales agent nearest to you. Whatever assistance you require, our staff will be able to advise you, or put you in contact with the appropriate expert within our organisation. Our strength lies not only in our own in-house expertise; we also have access to the entire resources of the Holmen Group as well as contacts with many external specialist trade and technical organisations. Whether the information you need is commercial or technical, you can obtain it through your contact in our sales organisation. We may not have all the answers but we are certain to have access to someone who does!
Iggesund Paperboard’s sales organisation is based on local presence backed up with a coordination centre for the European market in Amsterdam. Invercote and Incada are also sold by a number of selected merchants and agents. They all have direct links through a sales order processing system to our coordinating sales offices in Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Singapore, New York and to our production units in Sweden and the UK.
This facilitates the rapid flow of information on delivery lead times, product availability and order processing. Our sheeting facilities close to our main markets assist in reducing lead times and rapid supply of small orders.
