Holmen Paper is one of Europe?s leading producers of virgin fiber-based special paper. Holmen Paper Customer Care is part of Holmen Paper Marketing & Sales organization and consists of seven sales offices around Europe (Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany (DACH), France, UK, Italy and Poland).

Your future challenge Customer Care is responsible for the operative back office and inside sales for all of Holmen Paper?s markets. Customer Care teams handle daily contacts with the customers and the target is satisfied customers and optimizing business for both parties.

The Customer Care team in France is taking care of the daily sales and operations in direct contact with customers.

Customer Care is responsible for the customer?s complete supply chain: from forecast and order to delivery and invoicing and they work in close cooperation with the two sales teams at Holmen Paper. As soon as a new customer is signed, Customer Care comes into play and has the main responsibility for satisfying the customer?s needs.

We expect you to lead the team in an efficient way and further improve and develop the daily operations. You will be in a coordinating role between customer care, commercial directors and production and logistics planners. Dealing with forecast, order allocation and stock control along with transport planning are the main tasks to fulfill as Customer Care Manager. As a Customer Care Manager you are reporting to the Customer Care Director in Sweden and the team in France consists of 3 direct reporting Customer Care specialists.
To succeed in this role We are looking for you who have solid background within customer services and probably couple of years leader experience within a commercial branch. It is important to be communicative, committed and service oriented in the same time as you have a great interest in making people grow.

We expect you to have an academic exam within business administration, engineering or equal. You are an experienced IT user and skilled with business-, CRM and BI-systems. Basic information about French Labor code and Business administration rules is appreciated. You are, apart from your mother language, fluent in English.
