We acknowledge our role in society, as an employer, business partner and tax paying corporation operating industrial facilities. With operations in small communities we have significant impact on the local society, not least as a major provider of job opportunities. Our long term approach and sustainable profit level provide the foundation for continuing to be a responsible part of society also in the future.
Being based in Sweden and the UK, we have high standards of employee care to meet as laid out in labour laws and collective agreements in both countries. We also support the ten principles of the UN Global Compact, the eight fundamental conventions of the International Labour Organization and OECD’s guidelines for multinational companies.
Our Code of Conduct is based on these principles and clarifies and emphasises the expectations on employee behaviour in day-to-day activities. Breaches of the Code of Conduct can be reported by employees or other stakeholders through a whistleblower function.
